Men's basketball enters PacWest conference with 3-3 record

Dec. 3 marked the first game of the PacWest conference for the men’s basketball team. The Golden Eagles played a home game against Westmont, winning 72-61. Prior to the conference, the team had a record of 3-3. Blake Ballard, a junior who plays forward and guard, and Ben Krystkowiak, a junior who plays guard, discussed their expectations and thoughts after their first few games of the season.

The men’s water polo team has a start of [TBD 8-9] with their recent [win/loss] against Mount Saint Mary’s on Thurs., Oct. 2. Freshman Canyon Johnson, who plays utility and is an Engineering major, and freshman Derek Maddox, who plays goalkeeper and is a Business administration major with emphasis on finance, are members of the Concordia men’s water polo team. Both Johnson and Maddox reflected on their start of the season and their experience being on the team.
